A CLASS FOR EVERYONE
CLASS STYLES
We offer 6 types of classes with different levels of difficulty and heat!
Level 1 – Moderate Heat
A fully guided, foundational yoga practice designed to build endurance and mental strength. Move with steady, intentional flows that challenge both body and mind while maintaining a controlled pace. The moderate heat brings the fire to your burn, helping you build resilience and focus.
Level 1 – No Heat
Yin Yoga is a grounding, slow-paced practice that targets the deep connective tissues, holding poses for several minutes to enhance flexibility and joint health. This practice invites you to unwind and find deep relaxation, offering benefits for both the body and mind.
Level 2 – Max Heat
Ignite the fire within with this energizing blend of yoga and pilates. Build heat through dynamic flows, core-focused movements, and targeted strength work for the legs and arms—using bodyweight during flows although weights are always optional. This class will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and empowered.
Level 2 – Moderate Heat
This fully guided class takes you through yoga flows, incorporating bodyweight exercises and light weights. This call is a unique fusion of power yoga and strength training, designed to deliver a full-body workout that builds muscle, improves mobility, and boosts endurance. The perfect class for toning your body while blending the benefits of yoga and strength building.
Level 2 – Max Heat
A fusion of strength and surrender, Vin/Yin blends the dynamic energy of Vinyasa with the calming stillness of Yin. Build heat through powerful, flowing sequences, then ease into deep, restorative stretches that promote relaxation and recovery, creating balance in both body and mind.
Level 3 – Max Heat
A dynamic and advanced practice designed to challenge and inspire. This class features unique, creative flows with opportunities for self-exploration and unguided movement. Expect fluid transitions, intentional breathwork, and the freedom to push past your edges as you flow on your mat.
