Michigan Elite Hockey is proud to present Michigan Elite Sports Academy (MESA). Our vision is to be the premier destination for (Elite Caliber) ice sports development in SE Michigan, known for its world-class training facilities, experienced and supportive coaches/trainers, innovative programming, and exceptional customer service.
Starting this fall, we will open our state-of-the-art facility, enrolling High School aged athletes as full-time or part-time students, to offer integrated sports and strength training, nutrition, mental health, and academic support to empower young athletes to achieve elite caliber of play. Our dedicated coaches/trainers/educators, curriculum support, and regimented routine will foster a structured and nurturing environment for students to reach their full potential.
Additionally, we will offer Team/Group and Individual programming options, utilizing our trainers and infrastructure, to support and refine specific skill development or to support those seeking continuous training to achieve longer-term goals related to skills, strength, speed, health/fitness and/or team development.
MESA will be housed in a new premium 11,500 sq ft facility, including 6,000 sq ft of core training space with free weights, squat racks, sleds, treadmills, and cross fit equipment, 2 classrooms, video review theater, Café/smoothie bar, locker rooms with infrared sauna and ice-baths, and in-house supportive services including physical and red-light therapy, sports and hydro-massage and a heat/yoga lab.
