We are a private facility and are accepting limited fitness memberships that can be combined with memberships to Pilates & Yoga. We have brand new state of the art equipment including lots of free weights, circuit training, turf and cardio. Whatever your fitness goals, we will help get you there.

Level 1 – Intro to Training Class

Level 3 – MI Elite Build Class (specifically designed for athletes who are already weight training and looking to take their game to the next level)
GROUP TRAINING

LEVEL 1
INTRO TO TRAINING
Our Intro to Weight Training class is designed for the athlete who may be new to weight training with little to no experience in the gym. The outcome of this class is to educate and teach each athlete how to safely execute foundational strength exercises with proper technique that they will encounter in future training and environments, as well as plyometrics and agility drills.
Each class will be limited in participation and will be under the supervision of our Director of Strength and Conditioning or one of our experienced Assistant Strength Coaches in a safe and controlled environment with a class ratio of 1:7 athlete to coach.
An emphasis on teaching and guiding participants is the main focus, though we strive to find a healthy balance of education and hard work.
In this class your athlete will learn:
- Proper mechanics and technique
- Exercise sequence and structure
- How to perform and advance certain exercises
- When to scale back or dial up training
- How to effectively warm up
By going through the program each athlete and parent will have the confidence in participating in future training sessions in a safe manner.
Best suited for kids 10-12 just starting off with training.
LEVEL 2
KV STRENGTH
The KV (Kensington Valley) Strength class is for hockey players on current KV Teams ages 12 and up who are interested in supplementing an additional training session(s) outside of their team training session or for those who are not participating in team training.
This class is designed for the player who is serious about their development and who are looking to increase strength, speed, power and conditioning. Our focus for the class is to enhance these qualities by providing a structured training plan that will allow for the player to develop long-term by maximizing the amount of training opportunities presented to the player.
In this program, the athlete will undergo:
- Data and metric tracking
- Progressive program design
- Appropriate season specific conditioning protocols
- Nutritional education and guidance
Multiple classes per week will be offered to accommodate schedules.
This is a great option for teammates and friends on different teams to get stronger together.
LEVEL 3
MI ELITE BUILD
The Build class is more specific to the older advanced athlete age 15-18 who needs to fill out their frame in preparation for competing at the next level, whether that is Juniors or College.
In this class we will focus on adding speed, strength, size and power through advanced techniques and protocols.
In this program, the athlete will undergo:
- Data and metric tracking
- Advanced program design
- Appropriate season specific speed and conditioning protocols
- Nutritional education and guidance
